Simplexity's Leadership Alliance
Most people are tired of working in an impersonal environment of
small cubicles in large buildings. We are all social creatures.
We want to have meaningful personal connections in our working lives
just as much as in our personal lives.
Working in the Simplexity environment allows us to do just that.
An incredible cooperative spirit flourishes among our distributors
through The Leadership Alliance, a non profit business entity, created
by Simplexity leaders in the field, .
Through the Leadership Alliance organization, Simplexity distributors
exercise the opportunity to reach out and help other consumers and
distributors. This is done through regular contact, support, coaching,
mentoring and educational efforts which lead to practical solutions.
The Leadership Alliance has an interactive chat list that features
business and product tips and announces special teleconferences
and trainings.
The Leadership Alliance's mission statement embraces the following
principles: professionalism through honesty, integrity, a positive
attitude, respect, fairness, self esteem, charity, thrift, flexibility,
understanding, preventive health, and having fun.
The Leadership Alliance is comprised of leaders from all walks
of life. Through cooperation instead of competition you can
