Currently, eight Simplexity Health products are available in the UK: Alpha Sun® 120 capsules, Omega Sun® 120 capsules, Essentials™, Super Q10, StemPlex®, Acidophilus 60 capsules, Bifidus 60 capsules, and SBG Zymes® Plus 90 capsules. There are numerous support materials available, as well as an Independent Business Associate Kit (IBA Kit) and a Quick Start Package.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

• Prices for products are the same as in the US, the currency exchange rate to be determined on the date of the transaction. Value Added Tax (VAT) will apply.
  

• Prices for products are listed in US$ dollars. # All orders are subject to 15% VAT (changing to 17.5% on January 1, 2010); shipping is also taxable. # Bonus Value (BV) for individual products is equivalent to the wholesale price.
  

• Currently, payment options for the UK include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. These payment options will change when we officially launch the business in the UK. At that time we'll begin to accept other common European payment options. We also accept cash for orders placed onsite at our UK office.

COMPENSATION AND SPONSORING

The compensation plan for the UK is exactly the same as the plan used in the United States. Bonus Values for the products are the same, which means that cross-border sponsoring is possible and permitted. When an IBA signs up someone in the UK, the person will go directly into that IBA's downline and volume will be accrued just as if the IBA signed up someone in his own city. Commissions will be paid in sterling pounds from a local UK bank at the exchange rate on which the commission payment is based.

Account options (IBA, PC, Retail) are the same in Europe as in the US. All the same requirements will apply; for example, IBA Kit for distributors and $40 minimum AutoShip for PCs.

ORDERING PROCESS

• All orders will be processed through the US call center and shipped from the UK office. For UK or European customers, a toll-free number is available to use for connecting with the US call center. The US call center will continue to be open from 7 AM to 5 PM Pacific (3 PM to 1 AM UK time).
  

• Packages will be shipped via UPS from the UK office to mainland UK and via DHL to all other countries within the European Union. For most packages, delivery takes 2-3 business days.
  

• AutoShips can be set to occur monthly, every other month, or quarterly; however, AutoShip orders are processed only on the 10th of the month in Europe. As business expands, we'll consider adding more release date options.

• Orders can be picked up at the UK office (Kenyon Place, Lower Road, Forest Row, East Sussex, RH18 5HE, UK).

• If a person would like to order products not offered from the UK office, the order will be placed through the US warehouse and standard international shipping rates will apply. The customer will also be responsible for any and all additional costs associated with receiving the package.

• Our UK return policy will be the same as in the US, a generous 90 days. Products should be returned to the UK warehouse at the address listed above.

RULES SPECIFIC TO EUROPEAN AND/OR UK BUSINESS

New IBAs must provide to the company a signed copy of the IBA Agreement form before the new person's account can be created and the sign-up order processed. For now, we will accept the US IBA Agreement, but we expect to have the UK version of the IBA Agreement shortly. Signed IBA Agreements can be faxed to either the UK fax number (+44 (0)1342 824800) or the US fax number (+1-541-884-1869).

IBAs cannot pay or undertake to pay the company more than £200 pounds sterling within the first seven days of joining the company as an IBA. For this reason we offer the European Quick Start Package (QSP).

EUROPEAN QSP

We've created a special Quick Start Package for the European market that has a retail value of over $385 but is specially priced for just $250 for a one-time purchase at the time of sign-up. Because of the £200 limit for new IBAs, Simplexity Health has generously allowed the European QSP to qualify the new IBA for maximum First Order Bonuses immediately. (In the US, the minimum sign-up order to be FOB-qualified is $300.)

The Bonus Value for the European Quick Start Package is $200. This means that the direct Enroller will earn a First Order Bonus of up to $70.00 and the indirect Enroller will earn as much as $30.00 on a European Quick Start Package. However, Simplexity Health will allow the European Quick Start Package to have a qualification volume value of $300, which means that the IBA can still be counted as a Qualified Leg for structure requirements within the compensation plan. We hope the special allowances for First Order Bonus qualification and Qualified Leg requirements will enable you to promote the opportunity with prospects and start your new IBAs off on a strong foundation for success.

SUMMARY OF BENEFITS OF THE QSP

For the new IBA:

• Purchase over $385 retail value worth of products and IBA kit for just $250.
  

• Immediate qualification for maximum First Order Bonuses (35% on direct Enrollees and 15% on indirect Enrollees).

For the Enroller:

• The tremendous discount offered in the European Quick Start Package is a great selling point with prospects. The European QSP represents a savings of 35% off the retail value and over 20% savings compared to purchasing the same products and an IBA kit individually.
  

• You earn a $70 First Order Bonus on your direct enrollees who sign up with a Quick Start Package.
  

• You can count your new IBA as a Qualified Leg in your network.
